Working Relationship: Operational Staff and Account officers

Summary: The incumbent is in charge of Ticket sales to the customers. They prepare daily sales report which must be counter signed by the General Manager/Operation Manager at each of the locations.

Company brief: Metro Live Animal Transit Nigeria Limited (MLATNL) is an Agricultural support business that carries out the activities of live animal transit, logistics, distribution and sales to various abattoirs and individual customers in Lagos state.

Detailed Job Functions:

1. Responsible for serving the vendor by selling related tickets.

2. Responsible for prompt cash remittance in compliance with appropriate procedures.

3. Operates a cash register and/or credit card equipment

4. Supports marketing and promotional projects for ticketed material processes.

5. Assists with closing of the ticket office.

6. Answers inquiries regarding material informational of the organization.

7. Ensure that the name on the ticket matches the name on a customer's identification, and report any suspicious behavior among vendors.

8. Work hand in hand with drivers to ensure prompt livestock delivery.

9. Prepare daily sales report which must be counter signed by an appropriate Manager at each of the locations.

Qualification:     

• At least OND and Previous sales experience(an added advantage)

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of the use of the computer

• Can work under minimum supervision

• Ability to manage stress( can work both day & night shifts)

Soft Transferable Skills:     

• Good Communications skills

• People relational Skills

Gender: Female

Experience: At least 1- 2 years relevant experience in related roles
