Essential experience:
• Hands-on development using IBM DataStage or Cognos Manager ETL tools and establish standard and templates.
• Define and implement ETL development standards and procedures
• Define and implement ETL tool configuration.
• Ensure ETL quality through inspections and knowledge sharing.
• Strong analysis and design skills
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence and data warehousing design principles and industry best practices.
• Deep understanding of relational database design concepts and SQL programming.
• Experience of database Design, sizing and estimating
• Experience of Oracle Database 10g, 11g, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL query tuning, DOS, Windows Server 2003 and UNIX.
