Friday, 13th July, 2012 was a red letter day in the history of National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS) as the trio of the Student's Union Presidents of the Federal University of Technology Akure, Adeyemi College Education Ondo and Ondo State School Of Midwifery were killed in a ghastly motor accident near Emure-Ile along OwoRroad on their way from A Best Governor Award Ceremony organised by a faction of the National Association of Nigeria Students NANS in Abuja for Dr Olusegun Mimiko.

May their soul rest in peace.
