Position Summary:

•   RightClick is seeking a web Developer to consolidate our efforts in our current web offerings.

•   We are looking for an individual with the skill set and background to be our resident expert on such offerings.

•   Ultimately, this person will be responsible for building world class web sites and most importantly, this person should be passionate about learning new technology, tools and methods.

Responsibilities:

•   Understands design concepts, advice on how they can be implemented technically within constraints and develops world class websites, a hub of different stages of the development system life cycle: initial analysis, implementation (design), integration and debugging and development.

•   Works with technical staff to understand problems and resolve them.

•   Investigates components of new tools and techniques, recommends practices and procedures for other teams and developers to consider.

•   Contributes to the development of project plans, and assigns and monitors tasks of lower level Software Developers as responsibilities and experience grows.

•   Enhance and maintain websites assuring ultimate functionality and offering the best user experience.

•   Collaborate with RightClick team leads to implement new web applications and continued excellence on existing applications.

•   Design, architect, code and oversee quality assurance of the RightClick's web portals product lines.

•   Passion for quality, attention to detail, desire to innovate, learn & grow

•   Be an exceptional team player

•   Ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements, learn new systems and technologies, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems.

•   Able to learn quickly and dive deeply to diagnose the root cause of problems

•   Ensure websites and functionality matches the organization's business strategies(world class) and is clearly communicated to the user groups.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

•   BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent

•   1- 3 years + of web development in PHP, HTML 5/CSS 3, .NET, JQuery,

•   1-3 years of experience in HTML, CSS, XHTML, ActionScript, JavaScript

•   Past experience with agile/scrum

•   Strong understanding of design concepts using Adobe CS4 and above

•   Experience developing for mobile phones (WAP Sites)

•   1-3 years of experience developing web portals

•   Demonstrated competence in oral and written communication

•   Strong database design and development skills (SQL Server, My SQL)

•   Track record of meeting or exceeding goals

•   Experience in system architecture and information architecture

Certifications: While not required, certifications in various design, development, and administration would be ideal
