Title: Xiaomi Mi3 to be announced on September 5 in Beijing

Xiaomi Mi3 has popped up (http://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi3_may_boast_a_5_1080p_screen_snapdragon_800_chipset-news-5733.php) every now and then, revealing various aspects of the smartphone. We also saw the device on the GFX Bench (http://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_mi3_appears_on_gfx_bench_runs_on_tegra_4_cpu-news-6712.php) database a few days ago. The third-generation Xiaomi flagship is all set to make its way to the market and the smartphone will be officially unveiled on September 5 in Beijing.

The launch event will also see the presence of the newly (http://www.gsmarena.com/android_vp_hugo_barra_leaves_google_for_xiaomi-news-6669.php) appointed Vice President, Hugo Barra, who recently moved from Google.

Xiaomi Mi3 is rumored (http://www.gsmarena.com/alleged_image_of_xiaomi_mi3_leaked_55inch_display_in_tow-news-6351.php) to sport a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution display. The upcoming device is also said to feature an NVIDIA chipset clocked at 1.8 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front facing shooter, built-in NFC, HIFI quality stereo, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and a 3,000mAh battery.

Unfortunately, there is no official word at the moment, but we will know more about the Xiaomi Mi3 in less than 24 hours.
