Job Title: CRO Site Representative

Location: Warri, Nigeria

Primary Responsibilities:

•   Start up, control, monitor and shut down subsystems, to maintain safe operations, and achieve production targets.

•   Work closely with the project & construction groups for punch listing, system walkthrough's, handover and acceptance of power systems.

•   Finalize pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and verification against installed equipment/ line ups and configuration.

•   Oversee, review and accept pre-commissioning testing completed by contractors. Signing of Inspection & Test Records (ITR's) on behalf of the CSU team.

•   Commissioning and Start up of utility systems and completing performance testing against the approved standards.

•   Operation of the utility systems in support of hydrocarbon system testing and commissioning.

•   Working closely with the solar rep for pre-commissioning and commissioning of the four T60 GTG's.

•   Start-up of the hydrocarbon systems, achieve on target and on spec production.

•   Operation of the facilities in a safe and efficient manner in order to achieve the First Commercial Production (FCP) milestone.

•   Assist in preparations for a successful Pre Start-up Audit.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

•   Achieved VQ level three accreditation.

•   Seasoned operations experience, Demonstrable experience in the areas of interest for the job.

•   Strong leadership skills, ability to delegate, and work with minimum supervision.

•   Must have a HSSE driven mindset.

•   Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with a proven track record in Control Room Operations.

•   Working experience on part of, or throughout a project life cycle from construction to pre-commissioning/ final commissioning and handover is desirable.

•   Experienced operations staff with refinery, gas plant or LNG experience.

•   Exposure to operations and commissioning experience on a major project would be an advantage.
