Job Description:

•   The job holder will have responsibility for cordinating the development and implementation of Informaion security Policy and Information proctection strategy for UBA Group. The  role also involves  managing Information security  Incidents, ensuring compliance with information security regulations,Coordinating the Bank's Disaster Recovery Programme; Coordinating the Bank's Information Security Certification programmes   and  creating information  Security culture within UBA Group.

•   Ensure that a process for managing information security incidents is implemented and that there is a mechanism in place to identify and quantify the type, volume and costs of information security incidents.

•   Co-ordinate the Incident Response Team to enable the Bank to contain, eradicate, document, recover from a computer security incident, and return to a normal operating state.

•   Ensure that the information gained from the evaluation of the past information security incidents are used to identify recurring or high impact incidents and the implementation of necessary corrective measures learned from incidents or from other sources.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   BSc in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, CISA, CISSP, ACA

•   10 – 12 years Minimum work experience

•   In-dept knowledge in IT Governance Practice

•   In-depth knowledge of IT Security fundamentals and practices

•   Knowledge of Project management

•   In-dept Knowledge of IT Controls

•   In-depth Knowledge of COBIT framework,

•   In-depth knowledge of ISO27001 framework

•   In-depth knowledge of  ITIL

•   Knowledge of Information protection strategy

•   Knowledge of Information Security Awareness program.

•   Ability to handle projects

•   Ability to Conduct IT Risk Assessment

•   Ability to develop IT Security Policies

•   Ability to develop information protection roadmap

•   Ability develop information security awareness training

•   General Analytical Skills

•   Good Customer Relationship

•   Leadership Skills
