Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Description:
• Create awareness for the Company's' loan products
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives
• Manage the sales of the Company's simple loan product in a professional manner
• Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues
• Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement
• Manage various documents for all sources effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Skills and Traits:
• Sound communication skills and strong sales drive
• Good interpersonal relations and ability to take initiative
• Computer and quantitative skills are required.
• Self motivated to achieve sales target
Qualifications:
• Minimum of HND and 0 – 2 years experience.
• Related experience in sales might be advantageous.
• Candidates must be resident in Lagos.
• Age: Not more than 30years
Remuneration: Fixed Salary of N 240,000 per annum plus percentage commission on amount of loans generated.
