NES Global Talent is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and direct staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the Oil & Gas Industry. Our client, a leading oil and gas E&P operator have an opportunity for a NDT/UT Cross Checker to work on an offshore development, on an 8*2 rotation, 12 month renewable contract based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

The NDT/UT Cross Checker will review NDT Procedures in accordance company specifications, AWS D1.1, ASME V, API RP 2X & API 1104; Review certifications of NDT technicians; Review the NDT results; Perform UT cross-check on the different Fabrication Yards and perform audits if necessary with QA/QC & Risk Manager by NDT sub-contractors.

You will have qualifications in NDT LIII UT, NDT LII for RT, MT & PT, Metallurgy and Welding – NDT/UT specialist level 2.  You will also have a minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
