Job Title: Head, Quantity Surveying
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

The Head, Quantity Surveying will lead a team of quantity surveyors and the primary responsibility will include management and planning of all costs associated with all types of construction projects, from outset until completion.
Requirements:
• We require a person with hands on exposure in a best environment working with the best tools and highly motivated people.
• The job requires a minimum of 10years post qualification experience with the last three years spent in management position responsible for the appraisal and coordination of the work of the other quantity Surveyors.
• A good first degree in quantity surveying with a minimum of 2nd class lower is required
• Minimum of MNIQS certification or its equivalent will be required for this position, as well as registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria.
• The age range fort ht position is 30-40
