Globacom Limited is Nigeria's Second National Operator in GSM, Fixed, Broadband and Gateway with operations in Republic of Benin and Ghana. Its subsidiary, Glo1 has launched 9,800 kilometers of submarine cable from Bude in the U.K to Lagos, Nigeria, with branches into 14 West African Countries like Senegal, Cote D'lvoire, and Ghana etc.

Suitably qualified candidates are required for the following position:

Job Title: Product - Development Managers
Job Ref: PDM

Experience/Skills:
• Min. of 5-8 years in telecom market.
• Possesses a broad knowledge of the DWDM/IPI MPLS/GMPLS.
• Experience with Data/Call Centers highly appreciated.

Responsibilities:
• Represent the continuum from product conception to product launch and product support.
• Explore potential opportunities in the marketplace to ultimately sell the product.
• Develop specific GLO-1 marketing plans and activities to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
• Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
• Establish pricing strategies.
• Interface with technical and sales to develop new products or enhance existing ones
