Job Title: Sales Manager – Water Heater

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description:

•   Taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems

•   Selling a comprehensive range of water heater used in Housing & commercial sectors such as Schools,  Universities, Hotels, Sports Pavilions and Hospital , Hotels.

•   The successful candidate will deal with Developers, Contractors, Consultants and Major Distributors to specify, approve and sell the products of the company.

•   Develop a daily schedule of productive sales activity from creative sources and qualified leads

•   100% Concentration on the Residential & Commercial market.

•   Approximately 80% of your time generating new business through your network of contacts with Consultants and Contractors. Remainder of your time looking after and expanding existing relationships/projects

•   The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the market as well as pre-sales activities.

•   Learn the technical features of the product portfolio and keep up-to-date with developing technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

•   Must have at least 5 years of experience in selling Boilers, Water Heaters, Water Solutions or Water Pumps

•   Supervisory or Managerial experience in Industrial Sales

•   Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•   Willing to work as a one-man-team handling water heater / Boiler products (Machines)

•   With experience in handling dealer & B2B (hotels , Housing projects etc) sales channels.

•   The ability to "self start" and work independently.
