A leading ICT Company in Nigeria with Head Office in Victoria Island. Lagos that designs builds, manages and optimizes customized networks and software solutions is seeking for qualified and result oriented candidates to fill the following positions to meet its growth and expansion requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: – Academic Qualifications: B.Sc/HND in Computer Science with minimum of second class lower division or equivalent. – Industry Experience: minimum of 4 years working experience in a telecommunication service provider and proven track record in system configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Knowledge and experience working with WiMAX. WiFi and LTE technology/solutions are required – Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, REDHAT, Ubuntu, PortaOne Linux distro – Telecom billing system: Configuration and troubleshooting experience in any or all of the following billing systems: PortaBilling S & G. – PortaSwitch, Pora I 109 racu anus or or Network Access anagement system. HotSpot billing management/configuration – VoIP: SIP trunking, IP Phones, SoftPhone configuration/integration with billing system, hosted IP PBX.interconnect integration and billing – SLA Management and Configuration: knowledge of SlAconfiguration and ability to configure various combination of volume-based and/or time-based data/voice products. services and packages with or without discount plan on billing system – Standards and protocols: Understanding and experience with IP/TCP, SSl. HTTP,

HTTPS, SSH. RADIUS. DIAMETER and device/user authentication protocols such as EAPTlS, EAPTTLS – Reporting: Records (CDRs/XDRs) management and reporting – Others: Knowledge of billing system integration with ERP and CRM applications is an advantage, customer-orientation – Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills. – Ability to deliver solutions with minimum supervision  – Good Team Spirit and ability to work under pressure.
