Responsibilities:  

•   Head responsibility to achieve installation goals particular to location.

•   Provide general supervision of Field Service Managers assisting departmental objectives.

•   Supervise hiring, recruiting and training needs for installation staff.

•   Schedule and perform with top profile VIP accounts every day.

•   Review performance and respond to escalated and resolving problems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   Engineering degree or equivalent.

•   COREN/NSE certificate.

•   SAP training.

•   Wire Line Operations training.

•   Advanced Fire fighting training.

•   Permit to Work training.

•   H2S training.

•   BOSIET certificate.

•   HUET certificate.

•   Minimum of 3 years oil & gas experience
