Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria

Roles:

•   Develops and be responsible for sales strategies and results

•   Determines sales regions, establish goals and quotas and ultimately, is accountable for company's sales performance.

•   Ensures operating efficiency and sales growth

•   Maintains Client Relationships

•   Optimizes Dealership Network Relationship

Desired Skills and Experience:

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics;

•   Must have communication skills and the ability to manage personnel appropriately with good Listening skills

•   Be Visionary, Aggressive and bold with proactive attitude and capacity to deal with a wide range of issues

•   Possess Contemporary selling skills

•   Strong knowledge in automobiles sales techniques

•   Familiarity and skill with Microsoft Office suite

•   Must not be more than 45 years

Qualifications and Experience:

•   Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, with a higher degree as an advantage in the Social Sciences or Humanities.

•   Not less than 12 years sales experience in cognate industries with at least 5 years of which must have been at management level in Sales.

•   Evidence of acquired training in sales & Membership of relevant professional Body will be an added advantage.

REPORTING LEVEL: This position  reports to the General  Manager
