We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Africa for a Maintenance Leader (F/M).

Mission: As a member of MIIE Project, he/she ensures the Maintenance Engineering progress, the internal reporting and customer reporting.

Activities:

•   Manages the Maintenance team and is responsible for Maintenance issues

•   Performs the equipment maintainability study (engineering and vendor's documentation study)

•   Supervises the Reliability Centered Maintenance and the Optimization studies

•   Performs global maintenance plan (including lubrication plan, running plan, on condition plan, maintenance procedures and all documents linked to the maintenance tasks)

•   Provides maintenance procedures (list of tacks, resources, durations, spares, tools, data report) including major equipment overhauls

•   Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department

Profile:

•   Engineering diploma with a minimum of 7 years experience in maintenance activities in the oil & gas industry

•   Strong experience in maintenance engineering, Management and Planning

•   Knowledge of SAP or CMMS, RCM and CBM Methods

•   Ability to negotiate

•   Fluent in English

Location: Nigeria / Port Harcourt
