Job Title: BSS Optimization HLS Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Description:
• Ensure provision of High Level and specialist technical support for all BSS Optimization and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure central monitoring of national BSS network design, capacity and performance and continuous optimization in accordance with Business plan
• Monitor network performance and configuration from national perspective & ensure overall conformance with formulated performance strategy and KPIs
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working hours
Reporting To: Senior Manager Access Network Optimisation
Required Skills:
• At least 8 years work experience comprising:
• Minimum of seven (7) years' experience within an RF Planning and Optimisation function in a core mobile telecommunications environment
• Three (3) years managerial experience with a telecommunications operator or Network Consultancy firm
• Vast knowledge and experience in Radio Network Optimisation
• Experience of working on a multivendor and multiband network
• Experience with Ericsson and Huawei equipment will be desirable
Employment Status: Permanent
Qualification:
• B.Sc./B.Engr. in Electrical/ Electronics,Communications Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Masters Degree in Telecoms, Management or equivalent would be an added advantage
