Details: – We are recruiting for the role of Operations Officer. – The primary duty of the individual is to manage the

entire life cycle of production ensuring adequacy and

availability of resources for job task.


The individual will be responsible for the

following:- – Collate all printing job task from all clients and

catalogue appropriately – Allocate tasks to staff based on availability,

quantity, specialization etc – Monitor the use of resources for the printing job

ensuring that the right quantity is used – Constantly monitor stock levels of printing

materials and other items on the shelf to avoid

stock-out – Ensure all stock items are kept properly and are

easily accessible for retrieval – Manage the issuance of stock items – Engage in regular stock count and match physical

items to recorded items – Make order of purchases for items upon

attainment of re-order level


The must possess the following skills: – Excellent communicator – Strong administrative skills – Abilty to interract with all levels of staff.
