HIV is no longer a death sentence, we have come a long way from the first days of HIV-AIDS, with medications, eating healthy and exercise the life expectancy of of people living with this Disease has gone way up, it is the stigma that we place on the disease and the patient's that is making them to believe that it is the end, pls let us change our attitudes towards a person living from Hiv....notice that ( I said LIVING WITH and NOT DYING WITH) be their friend, be kind to them, you cannot get it from giving a hug, from shaking their hands and there is no reason at all to curse or run away from them....
