The InfoStrides

For the first time, Nigerians in Finland, from different disciplines, religions and ethnic backgrounds will come out en mass and sober to honor the 163 victims of the ill-fated Dana plane crash and all other souls lost in different bomb blasts across Nigeria.

"No matter what, "Every day we face the same truth- that life is transient, that our time here is short and that everything under the sun is vanity. To HONOUR the FALLEN, we must LIVE our own lives WELL. We must take the high road and allow our common loss to bring us together. I think that's the way the fallen would have wished and become happy"

The theme is "In Honor of the Fallen"
Venue: MONIHELI building , Tyƶpajankatu 2, 2nd floor. (kalasataman metro station )
Time: 3:30PM
Dressing format: Black

The candle light memorial is coordinated by reputable and noble young Nigerians in Finland, who felt a need to identify with the bereaved and honor the victims back in our home country. The young and selfless organizers believe that money is not needed to mourn the dead or an NGO to honor the dead. Therefore, No funding was requested or gotten for this emotional and sober event. Except little material contributions from kindhearted and well wisher Nigerians in Finland. More materials ,such as candles, flowers and light drinks are requested or you can come along with yours...

KINDLY NOTE PLEASE, WE DO NOT WANT ANY FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
WE NEED ONLY YOUR PRESENCE. Join us tomorrow as we honor the dead.

***Dedicated to the fallen heroes and heroine in Dana airline crash and the various bomb blasts.
