Our client, one of the largest international oilfield services companies, is looking for Workshop Supervisor to support all repair and maintenance activities for various types of Completion tools (Cased Hole Completions, Liner Hangers, Wellbore Construction and Intervention).

. – Ideal candidate must have experience on the similar supervisory level position. Completions focus is essential.

. – This is rotational position, based in Baku, Azerbaijan.

.

RESPONSIBILITIES: – Oversee all operational aspects related to repair and maintenance of Completion tools and equipment. – Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. – Provide direction to the staff to ensure that customer requirements are met. – Drive continuous quality and safety improvement.

BACKGROUND: – 5+ years of experience supervising workshop activities. – Excellent knowledge of Completions tools. – Excellent leadership organizational skills. – Fluent written and spoken English.
