Job Title: Operation Manager

Key Accountabilities:
• Implement and maintain processes for item tracking labeling, storage and retrievals.
• Versatile with ERP systems for warehousing in bound and out bound items.
• Reverse logistics.
• Generate adequate reports for operations and cost optimization.
• General day to day administration of multi site facilities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Experience of total facility management.
• Motivational and credible with highly effective interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and assertive.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Educational and Experience Requirement:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field of study, a Masters degree will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years cognate working experience in warehouse and freight logistics or Logistics/Supply Chain business in a reputable organization.
