Sam Allardyce says he is not concerned by Andy Carroll's failure to score for West Ham United since arriving at the club in August, arguing that the on-loan forward's performances have been just aseffective, as well as indicative that a goal will come.
Despite generally playing well and proving a valuable asset in the Hammers' aerial attacks, the former Liverpool forward has yet to hit the net in six appearances. Allardyce, though, believes it is just a question of getting to fully know the playingstyles of his new team-mates.
