AN Abuja High Court will today rule in a suit seeking to stop President Goodluck Jonathan from contesting the primaries of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The suit, filed by Ambassador Yahaya Kwande, Alhaji Lawal Kaita and Hon. Dubem Onyia has PDP, Jonathan, Nwodo and INEC as defendants.

The plaintiffs are contending that allowing Jonathan to run on the PDP platform is against the party's principle and zoning arrangement.

Justice Ishaq Bello reserved judgement to today after listening to the parties last Thursday.
