Ohize lost to the son of former deputy governor of old Kwara State, Nurudeen Obatemi, who polled 237 votes. Ohize scored 95 votes.
Election was inconclusive in Kogi East Senatorial District because of alleged discrepancies in the delegates' list.
An aspirant, Senator Smart Adeyemi urged the electoral officers, to use the new list.
The committee in charge of National Assembly Primary Elections yesterday submitted its report, blaming Governor Ibrahim Idris for not providing a level-playing ground in Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omala Federal Constituency where his son, Mohammed, contested for a seat into the House of Representatives.
It also recommended sanctions against a former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. T.J. Faniyi, for allegedly disrupting Senate Primary Election in Kogi West District.
