Job Purpose:
To provide product and business support to corporate customers on all account management dynamics in line with CIB and TPS strategy, vision and values
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a 2.2 B.SC degree in a business related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years Customer service , branch and banking operations experience in a senior officer/Team leader position
• Experienced & multi-product discipline
• Ability to gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of :
• Cash Transaction and management Services,
• Trade operations and services
• Customer care
• Cheque Clearing cycles and operation
• Customer account maintenance dynamics
• Other internal transaction operational processes
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Good Knowledge of Equinox Banking Application
• Knowledge of banking products, account opening requirements and services, deposits, liquidity management (sweeping capabilities and rules), and other liability instruments.
• High customer service experience, ethic and responsibility
• Strong written, verbal communication skills and product/client presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – (Word)
• SWIFT operations
