Job Purpose:
To support any and all customer or merchant queries as received telephonically, via post, email or fax, in a time efficient, cost effective, information accurate and most importantly, customer friendly manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a B.Sc degree in a relevant course
• 1-2 years experience required in the Financial Services Industry,
• Previous exposure (at least 1 year's worth) to customer servicing activities
Required Competencies:
• Some knowledge of the bank's products and services
• Computer literate (MS word)
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Be able to work well within a team, towards a shared goal
• Creative in looking for and suggesting improvements
• Ability to convey factual information clearly and accurately
• Self motivated
• Customer service orientated
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Methodical, organised, accurate and pays attention to detail
