Job Title: Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:
• The Head of Department, Marketing/Client Services is responsible for direct sales and business development of services.
• The individual performing this role will maintain and enrich opportunities with current clients, develop and cultivate new business initiatives, develop an extensive network of contacts and relationships to generate new leads and business, manage existing leads and increase company revenue.
• Attend weekly operational / marketing meetings
• Provide interim support for other marketers if needed
• Perform additional and/or other responsibilities as maybe assigned
Qualifications and Requirements: • A good degree in business related courses • MBA or MSC marketing, NIMARK membership will be an added advantage • Qualifications/Education obtained abroad will also be a very good advantage • Age (27+) • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience at senior level • Revenue focused approach to marketing • Experience in market strategy development • Good track records of marketing campaigns • Keen eye for details • Strong oral & written communicator with effective presentation skills • Deep understanding of marketing concepts and branding • Excellent business acumen • Analytical report writing skill • Excellent customer service skill • Ability to prioritize and manage business opportunities to achieve target • Experience interacting with advertising agencies • Excellent verbal and written, thinking and tactical execution • Self motivated, able to work in a team and independently • Skilled negotiator, able to take direction or resolve issues independently • Highest standards of ethical conduct & integrity. • Very proficient with MS Office Suite; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
