Key Responsibilities:
• Create and cascade the vision and mission of the organization to all stakeholders.
• Design and implement successful corporate strategic plans to move the organization to the next level.
• Wholly accountable for the overall performance of the business in term of growth and profit.
• Responsible for generating and achieving annual financial and customer service objectives.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Convincing courier and logistics operations experience.
• Previous hands on experience in managing a business within a highly competitive industry.
• Expert in strategic planning and execution with strong entrepreneurial mind set.
Education and Experience:
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• A Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or advanced degree in business management will be an advantage.
• Must have at least 15 years working experience in supply chain & Logistics management.
