Job Title: National Sales / Marketing Manager

Requirements:
• B.Pharm (an MBA will be an added advantage).
• Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must have over 10 year's cognate experience as a field salesman in pharmaceutical business.
• Must be a team player with good leadership qualities.
• Must have proven track record of achievements and drive.
• Must be result oriented.
• Must have the ability to network and liaise with clients at very top levels.
• Must be operationally strong, financially aware and commercially astute.
• Responsible for planning strategic business objectives and implementing systems and processes to monitor performance against agreed key performance indices.
• Responsible for developing the company's commercial and marketing processes and procedures.
• Motivating and providing strong leadership to all marketing and sales force.
