• A University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in service or manufacturing industry.

• Conversant with procurement regulations.
• Work well under pressure and able to work independently.
• Good in writing, documentation, coordination, negotiation and analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
