• Any program of learning from recognized tertiary institution award diploma certificates for OND/HND graduates.
• Ability to communicate well in English language.
• Possess a valid Nigerian driver's license with no less than 5 years experience.
• Be well versed in road traffic laws and regulations as enacted by the Lagos State government.
• Have a good knowledge of Road networks in Lagos.
• Between the age of 26-30 years.
