Job description
1.Creating Oracle server environment complete with administrative policies, procedures and documentation.
2.Incident and problem resolution
3.Monitor performance, space, backups, availability and resources, and size of physical database objects to support ongoing capacity management and promote continuous service.
4.Periodic Recovery Testing and planning and performing, database software patching, data load and refresh, data archival and purging
5.Apply maintenance and corrective service for database products and associated DBMS products and tools.
6.Database system level database backup and recovery
7.Perform database system level space management and monitoring.
8.Run Database system level reorganizations, statistics and other applicable utilities to ensure proper database function and performance
9.Perform automated startup and shutdown of the production database (this does not include business applications)
10.Move database objects between physical structures (i.e., development to production)
11.Maintain database security accesses at database and object level
Setup and retain use of DBMS System Administration ID & privileges
12.Manage database transaction logs (active and inactive)
13.Provide monthly reporting statistics as required
14.Provide SME consultation to project teams implementing developed or third party solutions that require database component(s) in the design. Review and recommend changes where necessary and/or support the established database policies, guidelines, procedures, etc. as they apply to development and implementation of new database objects, etc.

Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years experience in Oracle Database Administration maintenance across versions
• At least 2 years experience in Optimization and performance tuning
• At least 2 years experience in .Database backup and recovery models Mirroring, Clustering and Log Shipping
• At least 2 years experience in SQL Database
• At least 2 years experience in Capacity Management
• At least 2 years experience in ITIL
• English: Fluent
Preferred
• Master's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in Oracle Database Administration maintenance across versions
• At least 3 years experience in Optimization and performance tuning
• At least 3 years experience in .Database backup and recovery models Mirroring, Clustering and Log Shipping
• At least 3 years experience in SQL Database
• At least 3 years experience in Capacity Management
• At least 3 years experience in ITIL
