-They must be accepted for admission on a full-time basis for an undergraduate programme of study at the University of Edinburgh. The scholarship is not available to students already on programme.
-Applicants should have applied through Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) and been offered and accepted a place at the University of Edinburgh by the scholarship closing date of 1 AprilScholarship Open for Students of Following Countries:Students from North America or Canada can apply for this Scholarship.Scholarship Description:These scholarships are available to students from North America accepted for full-time admission to an undergraduate programme.Number of awards offered:The University of Edinburgh is offering 5 scholarships for undergraduate study in any subject offered by the University.Duration of award:Scholarship is awarded for full-time undergraduate programme.What does it cover?The scholarships are worth £5,000 per year and are tenable for the duration of the programme of study, subject to satisfactory progress.Selection Criteria:The scholarship will be awarded broadly on the basis of academic merit.Notifications:A Selection Committee will meet in April to select the scholarship holders.
