Title: EFCC opposes suit to declare security vote illegal

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has asked an Abuja Federal High Court to dismiss a suit which is seeking to declare as illegal, the deduction of funds as 'security vote' from the statutory allocations of state government by governors.
