Nigeria's Lagos State government has cancelled Saturday's environmental sanitationexercise, which normally restricts movement from 7a.m to 10 a.m
A statement from the Ministry of the Environment disclosed that the exercise was cancelled to allow students writing the Nigeria Examination Council, NECO, examinations on Saturday move freely.
However, the statement advised adults who have nothing to do with NECO exams to stay at home and clean their premises.
