A Lagos grade A Customary Court sitting in Agege dissolved a 20 year old marriage over battery, adultery nd threat to life. The court president, Mr Emmanuel Shokunle, said the marriage had broken down irretrievably, adding 'From today, you cease to be husband and wife, you shall go your seperate ways'.
