Title: Rodgers predicts quiet January at Anfield
Post by: KingFemzee on Nov 26, 2012, 10:41 PM
Brendan Rodgers has warned Liverpool fans not to expect a great deal of transfer activity when the window reopens in January.
After becoming the club's new boss in June, Rodgers bolstered his side by bringing in the likes of Joe Allen and Fabio Borini.
The Northern Irishman also sold Dirk Kuyt and Craig Bellamy while Andy Carroll was loaned out to West Ham, leaving the Reds short of firepower.
Rodgers, though, does not expect there to be major alterations to his squad in January, given the amount of money spent prior to his arrival.
