The trains that will link Shinagawa station in central Tokyo with Nagoya at speed of up to
310 mph. It will replace the currently operating bullet train that takes 90 minutes to connect between the two stations . With new technology, the same distance will be covered in 40 minutes.
The vehicle has no wheels thereby doing away with friction. This provides a smoother and quieter ride at faster speed. Bare in mind that the car is propelled along the track through electromagnetic pull. This is the next generation of trains replacing bullet trains which are though still best high speed transit systems in the world.
