Description: – Reporting to the Head, Corporate Audit, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out assessment of the NIMC's business processes and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with the laid down policies. He/she will also ensure adequacy of existing policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations in meeting the Commission's strategic goals and objectives.
Key Requirements: – A good first degree or its equivalent in Accounting and Auditing, Finance, Management, Administration, Public Administration or other related fields. Membership of relevant professional association(s) will be an advantage. – A minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience or 10 years' in the Civil Service. This should include, at least 5 years in Corporate Audit and appreciable experience in internal audit of Public Institutions. – Demonstrable track record of success in risk assessment and compliance.
