Reporting To: Head, Customer Relations Management

Location Type: HEAD QUARTER

Description: – Reporting to the Head, Customer Relations Management, the successful will champion the customer loyalty initiative for NIMC by ensuring the delivery of quality services to customers.  – This An intrinsic part of this will be to identify the Commission's customers, investigate their demographics, needs and motivations, in order to develop and implement compelling offers for the NIMC customers.

Key Requirements:    – A good first degree or its equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or other related fields. – A minimum of 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience or 4 years' cognate experience in the Civil Service. – Proven ability to use customer relationship management software.
