Description: – Reporting to the Head, HC Planning, the successful candidate will coordinate Training and liaise with managers and supervisors to determine training needs. – He/she will also participate in the formulation of training policies, programmes, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs.
Key Requirements: – A good first degree or its equivalent in Business, Public Administration, or other related fields. – A minimum of 8 years' relevant professional experience, or 10 years' cognate experience in the Civil Service.
