Description: – Reporting to the Head, Human Capital Planning, Employee Development and Performance Management, the successful candidate will oversee the management of the NIMC's performance management system in order to enhance organisational productivity. – In particular, he/she will develop and deploy effective performance management tools and processes, as well as oversee performance tracking and monitoring in the Commission. In addition, the role will oversee the organisation and development of training manuals for performance management.
Key Requirements: – A good first degree or its equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Administration, or other relevant fields. – A minimum of 5 years' relevant post-qualification experience or 10 years' Civil Service experience. – Demonstrable experience developing, implementing and managing a successful performance management framework
