Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:
• Direct and coordinate Team sales and marketing functions in branch
• Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company's strategic direction.
• Help Direct and oversee the marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets of the branch.
• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
• Participate in the development of new project proposals.
• Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, and promotion programs.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range branch goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the branch.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate sales team & staff
Desired Skills & Experience:
• B. Sc. / HND in Electrical , Electronics , Computer Science/Engineering or related preferably technical field.
• Knowledge of ICT, WAN links, FIbre and VSAT Microsoft Windows OS and Servers.
• Successful track record of selling Internet and WAN solutions and other related solutions,
• Ability to manage sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Ability to pre-evaluate customer technical need.
• Manage and participate in the production and delivery of presentation and proposals.
• Ability to create and campaign via email, direct mail webinars and seminars. Proffer competitive advantage for company products.
• Demonstrate prior successful sales history and be able to achieve meaningful sales advantage.
• Possess sales methodology knowledge and excellent communication skills.
