Job description:
Based on agreed commercial guidelines set by the Company's Management, to enhance the Company's overall (long & short term) performance (robust profitability together with growth), through the development and successful implementation of his agreed accounts business plan and scorecard for his allocated customer(s), which forms an integral part of WTS Energy's overall business plan. – To develop and prepare your next year's business plan in November of each year, which shall include: marketing strategy, scope of various projects, expected starters/leavers, pricing strategy, recruitment strategy competitor position and financial KPI's such as starters/leavers, turnover and gross margin, EBIT & EBITA. The plan should also indicate potential opportunities and risks. – To successfully implement the annual business targets for your customers as set by WTS Management. – Presenting WTS Energy to potential and existing clients with a strong and positive image. Ensuring to inform them of our company profile, services, mission and organisation. – Motivate, guide, develop and manage your recruiters and account managers (if applicable) and clearly define responsibilities, accountabilities & monthly/annual targets for the staff and review their performance on monthly basis. – Ensure that your Account Managers and Recruiters are (or become) effective and efficient so that your main focus will be business development and account management. – Analyzing the marketplace and its developments and translate these back to the team in order to develop and procure new business opportunities. – Competitors' tracking – Strengths & Weaknesses – Proactively identify key decision makers and influencers in current and prospective client organizations – For the customer portfolio, actively manage the development of new business (including commercial tendering & umbrella contracts with his customers), maximize existing and new customer relationships, ensure a pro-active approach towards the identification of new business opportunities and potential risks, and deliver solutions for minimizing risk. – Remain overall responsible for the smooth execution of new field staff (consultant) contracts until the time that field staff has started working with a customer and ensure proper handover to the Field Operations Manager after the recruitment process – Ensure effective internal communications with the Operations Department and the Finance/Admin staff. – Ensure that all government and statutory operating requirements and permits are procured in a very timely manner. – Maintain regular contact with both clients & consultants at all times by arranging 'site' visits. – Ensure effective communications with the local Country Offices, when appropriate – Regularly review, evaluate, discuss and present progress to direct line Manager – Actively participate / stimulate a Company culture, which reflects an international customer focused-, entrepreneurial-, and performance orientated organization, working as a team with open communications in an effort to continuously deliver quality services to the satisfaction of WTS's customers.
Requirements: – You are a BSc degree or MSc qualified, self-driven, highly motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years' work experience. You must be fluent in speaking, writing and reading English and willing to travel internationally when needed. French an advantage. – You will be working in a multi-cultural environment with colleagues from over 10 nationalities.
