Description: – Achieve annual sales volume per target set for key accounts – Manage retail pricing to set target, sales, market share – Manage installations and refrigeration placement – Manage refrigeration repairs and maintenance – Manage and measure promotional success – Track and manage sales performance and execution in the key accounts channel nationally – Negotiate discounts and retail prices at head office level within agreed parameters for key accounts channel – Ensure optimisation of customer relationship management in the Key accounts channel nationally – Assist finance in credit management for key accounts channel. – Develop and manager annual budgets – Manage people

Requirements: – B. Degree in a commercial field or Marketing – Good negotiation skills – Analytical skills – Understand sales/distribution interface – Product knowledge – Computer Literacy – Good communication skills – Good presentation skills – Good stakeholder relationships
