Amazon has gotten pretty aggressive with the price cuts for Windows Phone 8 handsets. About a month ago, they cut the price (http://www.gsmarena.com/amazon_offers_discounted_at_t_lumia_920_820_and_htc_8x-news-5097.php) of two WP8 flagships, the Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC Windows Phone 8X, and now they've cut them again.
The Nokia Lumia 920 is now $40 with a two-year contract from AT&T (used to be $60), if you get it through the Amazon Wireless (http://wireless.amazon.com/Nokia-Lumia-920-Windows-Phone/dp/B00A2V7BA4/ref=sh_br_ph_1?ie=UTF8&transaction=INDIVIDUAL_NEW&sr=1-1-entd&qid=1356689917810) portal. Both the black and white versions are available. The Lumia 820 is free with two-year contract at Amazon Wireless too, has been for over a month.
The HTC Windows Phone 8X is free (well, $0.01) if you get the Yellow 8GB (http://wireless.amazon.com/HTC-Windows-Phone-8X-Yellow/dp/B00A415MPI/ref=sh_br_ph_2?ie=UTF8&transaction=INDIVIDUAL_NEW&sr=1-2-entd&qid=1356689875282) version for AT&T. The Blue 8GB version is $40 for some reason. The 16GB versions of the HTC 8X for both AT&T (http://wireless.amazon.com/HTC-Windows-Phone-8X-Blue/dp/B00A415Q5Y/ref=sh_br_ph_5?ie=UTF8&transaction=INDIVIDUAL_NEW&sr=1-5-entd&qid=1356689875282) and Verizon (http://wireless.amazon.com/HTC-8X-Windows-Verizon-Wireless/dp/B00A7FRF60/ref=sh_br_ph_4?ie=UTF8&transaction=INDIVIDUAL_NEW&sr=1-4-entd&qid=1356689875282) are $50. The prices are for the phone and a two-year contract, of course.
