Former Barcelona midfielder Ronaldinho says he is vying for selection in Brazil's 2014 World Cup squad, despite a ten-month absence from the national team.
Ronaldinho, 32, was part of Brazil's 2002 World Cup winning team and he is adamant he can still make an impact for Luiz FelipeScolari's side.
"There is no feeling greater than playing at a home World Cup in front of one's own fans and I do not want to lose that opportunity," he said. "I'm confident and I still have a great passion for football and for Brazil, which leads me to try to return to the team I most love.
