Description: – Works with customers, architects, solutions and integration teams to perform detailed integration of all parts of the MW/ADM solution. – Identifies deliverables under his responsibility. Plans & executes these deliverables taking care of cost & milestones – prime interface with customer Technical Managers for all technical concerns and to Understands the customers' strategy and manages their technical expectations – Full aware of ALU Microwave/ADM products hardware composition, Software releases/versions, interfaces features and integration within network. – Good awareness of Microwave design basics to interface the Network design teams and investigate in issues related to Radio design and analyze data of radio parameters. – Strong experience in relevant technologies; SDH, PDH, TDM,ADM, IP and radio propagation – Good follow up with ALU technical evolution within WT technical intranet sites, communities, forums and documentation servers. – Expert in the installations, aware of the engineering requirements, power connections, access interface specifications (electrical & optical) – Follows up KPIs of the operator's network in terms of supporting the operations and deployment. – in charge of identifying risks for both customer and Alcatel Lucent Proposes & implements risk mitigation plan – Leadership skills to guide and direct the operations/deployment teams – Defines and executes upgrades & retrofit strategies, managing software upgrade, capacity upgrade and relevant impact on NMS, route supervision, etc – Good awareness of the network management system structure and DCN for managing connectivity and supervision for the network elements of different products
Requirements: – Bachelor of Engineering – 4-6 years experience in relevant field – ALU products awareness is a must – Microwave experience is a must in backbone technologies – Ability of climbing towers – communication & presentation skills – Leader ship skills
