Derek Boateng is undergoing a medical on Wednesday ahead of a January move to Fulham, reports have reveal.
Boateng, who has been out of favour at Ukrainian club Dnipro - managed by Juande Ramos - this season, was close to a move to Craven Cottage in the summer, only for talks to break down on deadline day.
But in early December reports revealed the west Londoners had resumed negotiations with the Ghana international midfielder with a view to completing the protracted deal in the New Year.
